To benefit from new services offered by the television of the future, you must update your decoder now. Follow the steps listed below one by one:

Step 1 Press the standby button on the top of your remote control, hold on for seconds. Then press the standby button again in order to turn your decoder on. The standby mode can be activated from any channels. (Except the rfo tv channels and radios) Step 2 A pop up appears on the tv screen It informs that an update is available Step 3 "Download in progress" appears on the tv screen Step 4 The program watched prior to the activation of the standby mode automatically reappears on the tv Screen. The update is successful.

INSTALLATION

INSERTION OF THE SUBSCRIBER CARD

With the new decoder HDZ, you must insert the smartcard (with the smartcard bar code on top) into the card slot located on the left side of the decoder.

I CAN’T INSERT MY SMARTCARD INTO THE CARD READER.

If you have trouble inserting your smart card into your new decoder, it is possible that reader is poorly positioned in the decoder. If this is the case please call LBF on 1800 245 465*.

MENU “PERSONNALISATION” NOT DISPLAYED

Connect your TV to the terminal and turn them both on, if the Personnalisation Menu is not displayed, press the AV/ SOURCE of your TV remote to select the correct video channel.

RECEPTION

CAN’T DETECT LBF SIGNAL

• Check the connection of the cable antenna
• Check the SCART socket. Make sure there is no short cut, nothing is broken and the cable is long enough

• Verify that the device is switched on. On the TV remote press AV, AUX, EXT, SOURCE to select the proper video channel

• Verify that the device is switched on. On the TV remote, press AV, AUX, EXT, SOURCE to select the proper video channel

• Check the connection cable HDMI
• Verify that your cable supports HDM version 1.3
• Check compatibility of your screen with HDCP
